Predict Success principal, Anne Sandberg, started Predict Success in 1999 with the Harrison Assessment as the flagship assessment system. As a Managing Partner with Harrison Assessments for decades, we serve business and government organizations directly as well as other consultants and coaches.

Anne specializes in developing and mapping competency/values/culture models to the Harrison and creating custom Job Success Formulas for specialized and unique jobs, including designing and conducting local validation studies.

We train Harrison users in the full range of Harrison applications.

Anne is one of two Expert Reviewers in the Americas for Job Success Formula and Custom Behavioral Competency design and review. She is also one of several assessors trained to evaluate new Harrison Partners. Anne writes and speaks frequently about assessment and human capital strategy.
